The hotel was special with impressive rooms and I loved courteous staff. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with an amazing view and an extra bed, as example, which I really appreciated. The location was wonderful, just walking distance from Prayer Hall.

The hotel was outstanding and lively with best possible location just off a shopping center, the Abraj-al-Bait tower, Makkah. View of Al Haram room was magnificent, the room was updated and luxurious. The breakfast was sensational, had lots of options and the food was great. Also, I loved how easy the location was.

fairly nice stay in a wonderful relaxing hotel. perfect location, non smoking room and staff was willing to help. the breakfast was enjoyable with a wide range of options. quick check-in, late check-out. not to mention fast wifi!
